We're confident you'll be satisfied with your Retain Gym Store sauna. If you're not completely happy within 30 days of delivery, we'll work with you to make it right. This includes addressing any concerns about product quality, installation, or performance.

Return Conditions

• • Sauna must be in good condition (normal wear excepted)
• • Proof of purchase and order number required
• • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• • Sauna must not have been significantly modified

2. Provide photos and description of the issue
3. We'll discuss options: repair, replacement, or return
4. If return is approved, we arrange pickup at no cost to you
5. Full refund issued within 14 days of receiving the sauna
